Windshield wipers with hot elements can be made by Alvi-Group, Leksvik, Norway. This is to avoid freezing the wipers when there is snow and ice on the windshield. The technology uses hot water through small pipes along the wipers to keep them free of ice. Like assembling 6 nozzles from plastic hoses with about 10 mm in outer diameter, for each wiper.
Another option is to use warm elements driven by electricity.
