The best achievement by the editor at FIFA 2004 Playstation 2, is Champions League Final win 4-1 . At the most difficult level. Another great win was 9-0 against Modena, Serie A. At the most difficult level. All games at 2 halves at 4 minutes each.

The editor has played 8000 (eight thousand) FIFA games at Playstation 2, and 2000 (two thousand) games at This Is Football 2002, at Playstation 2. I played with the teams Liverpool and AC Milan. I had / used norwegian top forwarder Steffen Iversen, and midfielder Roar Strand as my lucky players. They scored a lot of important goals!

At FIFA 2004 you could send your team players on a run / direction, with the controls: Push L1+R1+R2, then release the 3 buttons, then push R2. 🙂 That helped a lot.

Setup for playing tounaments in Kick Off 2 – Final Whistle, could be a scheme / cup draw, with for example 4 players on each team. To compete, there would be 4 matches in round one. Winners of round one would advance to round 2. And winners of round 2 would meet in a final. This would require network setup between the teams, if the option is to play on two different locations / cities / countries.

An alternative is a team of 4 to play 9 matches against the PC, a total of 36 matches per team, where winners get 2 points per match and draw is worth 1 point per match. Each team’s score is to be compared to the other teams’ scores, to decide a winner. Highest score here would be 72 points.

The ball is then gathered. To shoot the ball in a low curve, you just hit the button. To shoot the ball in a high curve, you must move the joystick in a direction that is opposite of the direction you shoot, and push the button. To curl the ball sideways you need to move the joystick front right while pushing the button, to curl it to the right. And vice versa to curl to the left. To do a reverse kick like Negrete in FIFA World Cup 1986, you will need to move the joystick, front-back in a fast motion, while the ball approaches over your head. If I had to choose 1 Amiga 500 Game among them all, it would be Kick Off 2 – Final Whistle, compared to hundreds of games.

The editor fulfilled the game Lemmings 2. The first attempt at the last level took 2 hours. At the first try, we had miscalculated. After restart we played another 2 hours, with success at last.

The editors’ best round at the table Nightmare in Pinball Dreams is 227 million points.

The editors’ best lap within the game Super Hang-On, at course Europe, Stage 4, is 28:00 Seconds. Finished the course containing the most stages, with 4,3 seconds margin after last lap.

Maybe the best Amiga 500 game ever, is Football Manager. Great entertainment.
