Verktøyproduksjon
Det hele startet med verktøyproduksjon i 1961 – med denne erfaringen har IV Group utviklet seg til det selskapet det er i dag. Vår egen verktøyproduksjon i Leksvik, Norge produserer verktøy for utvalgte kunder med en kapasitet på omtrent 40 verktøy pr. år.
Vi designer verktøy i 3D i programvaren Unigraphics v. NX 12. Våre dyktige og erfarne verktøydesignere gjør oss til en attraktiv partner til å designe verktøy, slik at våre kunder kan realisere deres mest komplekse produktdesign.
Vår verktøyproduksjon er utstyrt med 3- og 5-akse maskiner for dreiing og fresing, EDM og WEDM.
Alle maskiner er av kjente merkevarer av høy kvalitet og betjenes av dyktig arbeidskraft. Dette gjør oss i stand til å lage verktøy av høy kvalitet. Vi jobber med toleranser ned til 0,002-0,003mm.

Et typisk Medical prosjekt for oss består av en baseenhet produsert i serie på 10.000 til 100.000 per år. I tillegg kan det være engangsartikler med en serie på millioner av stykker / år.

Clean room
IV has a number of injection molding machines equipped for clean room production as well as clean rooms for manual and automated assemblies.
We especially grow in the area of 2K molding in a clean room environment.
IML – In-Mold Etikett
Vi har erfaring med og kan tilby IML (In-Mold Label) dekor både fra Leksvik og Suzhou. Den dekorerte etiketten utvikles sammen med partnere, mens verktøy og produksjon utvikles og gjøres av i våre egne verktøysentre.
Trykking
Vi har lang erfaring med tampotrykk og kan tilby dette fra alle våre fasiliteter. I Leksvik har vi også muligheten til å lage klisjéer internt. Grafikk for fremstilling av klisjéer skal være enten .ai eller .dxf.
