Avance Gas er et norsk rederikonsern. Mesteparten av selskapets transportmaterial består av flytende petroleumsgass (LPG) via selskapets gasstankskip i segmentet VLGC (Very Large Gas Carrier). Konsernet driver virksomhet på globalt nivå, og transporterer petroleumsgass fra Midtøsten og USA til Europa, Sør-Amerika og Asia. Selskapet ble etablert i 2007 som et datterselskap av Stolt-Nielsen. Hovedkontoret ligger i Oslo.

In August 2024, the Company announced the sale of its VLGC fleet, consisting of twelve VLGCs to BW LPG with delivery window within December 31, 2024. The transaction was completed on December 31, 2024. In November 2024, the Company also entered into an agreement with Exmar LPG BV to sell its four Mid-Sized Gas Carriers (MGCs) newbuilding contracts through a novation. The transaction was completed in February 2025.
Following sale of the VLGC and MGC fleet, the Company announced in November 2024, that the Company intend to do no further investments of new ships. Thereby, the Company is a preparing a wind-up process of Avance Gas which is expected to take effect following distribution of remaining funds to shareholders in May/June 2025.
